Typically, most restoration jobs, if they are an isolated issue, will only take a half day. For those, I will charge a half-day rate.

Half - Day Rate : $150

For other jobs that are more involved, have multiple layers of complexity, I will need more time. I charge a daily rate. Before I start, we will discuss the nature of the project and establish an estimated time it will take.

Daily Rate : $300
